Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory.  Products that are returned incomplete, or damaged, (if accepted) will require a deduction or the return may not be accepted at all.

Manufacturer Return Policy Restrictions
If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer or make arrangements to repair the product. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone. For more information, please contact Customer Service to assist you with these manufacturers, or you may call the manufacturer directly.

Due to manufacturers' policies, The Nolen Company (Nolen Online) cannot accept returns or exchanges of certain products manufactured by certain companies.  These manufacturers deal directly with issues regarding their products and will repair or replace these products in accordance with their own policies. Contact information can be provided for all of our manufacturers if it was not included with your original packaging.

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may be applicable for most returns, unless the item was not the item ordered, is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law.

Promotional Items, Bundles and Special Sales
As a benefit to our customers, The Nolen Company (Nolen Online) occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together.

  • When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a TV and get a $100 gift card or 50% off of a DVD player, the $100 value of the gift card or the total value of the DVD player would be subtracted from the refund.
  • When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to The Nolen Company (Nolen Online). For instance, if your receive $200 in savings when you purchase a laptop and printer together and you return either item, the $200 amount will be subtracted from your refund.
  • This policy applies to all Special Sales and Sales Pricing.

Credits or Replacement of Merchandise
Credit, or a replacement of merchandise order, will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return.
